How to Register

A free version of ParetoLogic Privacy Controls is available for you to try out. The free version has some limited functionality. You can scan your computer to detect unwanted files. However, to remove the detected items you will need to purchase the full version by obtaining a license key and entering it as described below.

Obtaining a License Key

You can get a license key and begin using all the features and benefits of the program. To begin you will need an online connection.

To obtain a license key:

1. In the Main window, select About.
2. Click the Get License Key button.
3. An Internet browser opens. Follow the steps as directed.

After purchasing the product you receive a license key by email.

Entering Your License Key

When you have received your license key from us by email, you can enter it and enjoy all the functionality of the full version of the program.

To enter your license key:

1. In the Main window, select About.
2. Copy and paste (or type) your license in the Registration area.
3. Click OK.

Renewing Your License Key

If your license is about to expire you can renew it. You will need an Internet connection to renew your license.

To renew your license key:

1. In the Main window, select About.
2. Click the Renew License button.
3. An Internet browser opens. Follow the steps as directed.
4. When you are finished, close the browser window.

Your license is reset and a confirmation email is sent to you.
