Settings

There are settings that you can configure to customize the operation of ParetoLogic Privacy Controls. There are Scan Options that you can configure before running the Scan and Remove tool. There is also an option to turn off the confirmation dialog that appears before erasing items.

If you have turned off the confirmation dialog, you have the option to restore it so that it does get displayed. This will also restore all the original Scan Option settings.

To restore the settings, do the following:

1. In the Main window, click the Options link.
2. Click the Restore Defaults button.
