Edit a User Profile
As an administrator you can edit the user profile settings for any user. This includes:
- editing the credentials required at login, and
- revising the limits and privileges for Internet activities.
Note: Some settings do not apply to the administrator profile. You cannot delete the administrator account. Also, there are no Internet time restrictions placed on the administrator. As a result, the Delete Profile and Scheduling options are disabled.
Editing Login Credentials
You can rename a user profile or change the login credentials in the Control Panel.
To rename or change the login credentials:
- Open the Control Panel and select Profiles in the left navigation bar.
- Select a user profile from the list.
- In the Login Settings section of the General page, change the credentials accordingly. You can also choose to change the Profile icon.
- Click the Save and Close button to save your changes.

As an administrator you can also edit other profile settings and even change the Administrator login credentials. See General Profile Settings for more information.
Editing Online Limits and Privileges
You can edit the online limits for any user you have created.
To edit limits and privileges, do the following:
- In the Control Panel, select a user profile.
- In the profile page for that user select one of the categories listed on the left panel and change the settings.
- Click OK.
