Email Access

As an administrator you can restrict email access for the selected user profile by configuring the Email Access page.

To open the Email Access page, do the following:

1. Open the Control Panel and click the Profiles link.
2. Select a user profile.
3. Click the Email Access tab.

Email Access Categories

There are certain categories to choose from on this page that you can configure.

Note: These items are not fixed and are updated on a periodic basis by ParetoLogic to provide you with the most up-to-date Email Access categories.

To block an Email Access option do one of the following:

• Select a check box associated with an Email Access option to select all the items in that option.
• Expand an Email access category using the "+" box and select only the categories you want to restrict.
