Spam Detection

Note: The following information applies to those that have also installed ParetoLogic Spam Controls or are running ParetoLogic Anti-Virus PLUS with Spam Controls.

After each malware scan, there is information in the Objects Detected section of the scan results. Results include the number of spam messages detected for Windows Mail, Microsoft Outlook Express, or Microsoft Office Outlook. You can launch any of these email applications from the scan results and get a complete list of the spam messages.

To launch the email application and view the Email Scanner dialog:

Click the Windows Mail link, Outlook Express link, or the Outlook link.

For more information on using Spam Controls, open the Spam Controls help file from the Spam Controls toolbar in the supported email application.
