Log Files
In situations where you are having issues removing malicious items, you can create a log file and submit it to our technical team. A log file is an XML file that is generated by ParetoLogic Anti-Virus PLUS when you require it. In this way, we can better support you should you run into difficulties removing malware. Should you need to create a log file, you can create and send one via email directly from Anti-Virus PLUS. You also have the option of saving the file. See Submitting a Log File for more information on how to do this.
