Home Page
The Home page is the page that is fist displayed when you open the program. It contains useful information about your Protection level and it also provides you with the option to begin a Quick Scan or a Full Scan. For more information, including instructions on how to start a Custom Scan, see Starting a Scan.
Protection Information
Information related to your computer system protection state is displayed in one of three colors as seen in this table.

Yellow (caution)

You have never done a scan, or...
The Active Protection is set very low. We recommend that you raise the level of spyware protection.

Red (warning)
|
There are items that have been scanned and detected but not removed from your system, or...
Active Protection has been turned off.

The Home page also includes steps to go to a green level of protection and ways to get a registered version of the program if you have not already done so.

The Home page also includes current information about common and emerging threats as well as community support. You can follow the links for more information.
Spam Detection Information
If you have installed ParetoLogic Spam Controls or are running ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware with Spam Controls, you can view spam detection information on the Home page. Along with spyware summary information, you also can view details of a scan for spam messages. The information is as follows:
- Last Email Scan
- Total Emails Scanned
- Total Spam Emails Found
