How to Register

A free version of ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware is available for you to try out. The free version has some limited functionality. You can scan your computer to detect spyware threats and Active Protection will detect malware intruders. However, to remove detected items during a scan and to block detected intruders, you will need to purchase the full version by following the instructions below or by going here: http://www.paretologic.com/products/index.aspx

Obtaining a License Key

If you require a license key you can obtain one from the program. First, you will need an Internet connection.

To get a license key:

1. In the Main window, select About and do one of the following:
   • Click the Register Now link, or
   • Click the Enter license key link and then the Get License Key button.
2. Your Internet browser will open; follow the instructions on how to register.

After following the directions, a license key is sent to you by email and you can enter it as described below to activate your subscription.

Entering Your License Key

When you have received your license key from us by email, you can enter it and enjoy all the functionality of the full version of the program.

To enter your license key:

1. In the Main window, select About.
2. Click the Enter License Key link.
3. Enter your license key in the text field provided.
4. Click the Activate License button.

Renewing Your License Key

If your license is about to expire you can renew it. You will need Internet connection to renew your license.

To renew your license key:

1. In the Main window, select About.
2. Click the Renew link.
3. An Internet browser opens. Follow the steps as directed.
4. When you are finished, close the browser window.

Refreshing Your License

After you receive a new license or your license period has been renewed, the register date that is listed on the About page will be automatically updated within a day. If you want to manually refresh the license you can do so by clicking the Refresh License link.

Note: if you refresh your license while there is time remaining on your previous registration, the time is appended accordingly.
