Start and Exit the Program

You can launch ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware from the desktop icon or from the Start menu.

To start the program do one of the following:

• Double-click the ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware icon in the desktop.
• Click Start and select Programs | ParetoLogic | Anti-Spyware | Anti-Spyware.

Close and Exit the Program

You can close the program and have it running in the background and you can also choose to exit the program.

To close the program:

Click the close X button located at the top-right of the Main window.

To exit the program:

Right-click the ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware icon in the system tray and select Exit.

Note: When you exit the program, you no longer have Active Protection and your computer is susceptible to spyware attacks and changes from outside sources. You will however receive automatic scheduled scans as determined by the settings.
