Spyware Database

ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware takes advantage of a database that consists of spyware definitions. It uses this database to check if the items on your computer match those of known spyware threats. ParetoLogic uses proprietary Zheng™ technology to help gather spyware definitions for our database engine. In this way, we are working to protect you against current spyware threats.

ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware loads the spyware database as soon as you start.

Note: You require an Internet connection.

If you have an online connection when you start the program and a new database is available, it will be automatically updated. You can also check for new database updates. For more information, see Settings.
