"If you guys need testimonials let me add my support. I inadvertently deleted an entire wedding job off of a 4 gig memory card. What's worse is I began using that same memory card before I realized it. I was in an utter state of panic. I downloaded your software and it was able to recover about 90% of my work. The remaining unrecoverable was due to that portion of the memory card overwritten by the camera. Bottom line I have digital files that I can work with. I tried one of your competitors and it could not even locate ONE file. Yours located some 14,000 files. Granted most of those were nebulous pieces of digital photos. "Here's my story, sad but true . . . (it has a happy ending thanks to you!)

Last Tuesday our daughter was put in the hospital on bed-rest. She was 8-months pregnant with twins (our first grand children). My wife and I are recently retired so we had the time to spend with her and keep her company while she stayed in the hospital. I am retired from the computer industry as a mid-level IT Manager so I am very familiar with computers. During the week we took dozens of pictures in the hospital leading right up to the time of delivery Friday morning. The camera my son-in-law brought with him was low on battery so he took my camera into the delivery room. My camera had a fully-charged battery and a 2 gb SONY Memory Stick. We had taken 30 or 40 pictures so far BUT our son-in-law was going to be taking the most important pictures of the entire week. He was going to take pictures of the actual delivery of the twins!!!

Two hours later our son-in-law came out into the Waiting Room and told us we had a health Grand-daughter named Sophie and a healthy Grand-son named Jake. We got to see out daughter and the two new grand kids. It was the end of a perfect day!

But the next day the nightmare started.

The following day I brought my laptop PC to the hospital to copy all the pictures and start e-mailing family and friends. While trying to copy the pictures for another family member that came to the hospital with an empty 1 gb Jump-Drive, I accidentally deleted 32 pictures of the actual delivery of the the twins! I can not explain to you the feeling I had and the embarrassment I felt in front of all my family. Of course our daughter and son-in-law were very nice about it but I could see the big, big disappointment on their faces. I am sure both of them were pretty upset with me! These were once in a life-time pictures that could not be repeated!

I knew all about data-recovery software but I had never used it on my personal computer and did not even own a copy of any data recovery software. The twins were born on Friday, and I began the process of data recovery Saturday afternoon. I searched the Internet for data recovery services and of course found dozens of them in the Chicago area. Most charged hundreds of dollars to recovery any type of missing data. So I began looking for down-loadable user-friendly software. I found your site and searched the Internet for comments about ParetoLogic Data Recovery Professional. I found many positive comments. I took a chance and purchased your software without ever using it before! Before I tried recovering the important missing data, I tried your software on a blank memory stick last used at Christmas 2007. It found and recovered 24 pictures that I had taken last Christmas!!! Of course these pictures had long been removed from the Memory Stick and stored on disk and backup-DVD.

So now I tried it on the 2 gb SONY Memory Stick used in the Delivery Room. It took about 2 hours to recover and display 214 deleted pictures . . . . including the 32 deleted pictures from the actual Delivery Room. It found 214 deleted jpeg pictures but I was only interested in 32.

What can I say . . . . . but THANK YOU SO MUCH.Your software is amazing and so easy to use. Thank you again and please share my story with everyone in your company."
