Question: For what length of time is the site license valid?
Answer: Your unlimited site license is valid for one full year from the time of purchase. During this period you are entitled to all product and database updates and comprehensive customer support. Upon expiration of the site license, your program will revert to the free scan model in which you may scan for spyware and malware but will not have the ability to remove it until you renew your license. The renewal price for the unlimited site license is $695.00 USD.
Question: Can I use one site license for affiliate or subsidiaries of my company?
Answer: No, affiliate and subsidiary companies are deemed to be fully individual entities and as such would require their own site licenses.
Question: Is ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware an enterprise or server application? Is it possible to download the program and database updates into a single server and distribute it through the network?
Answer: ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware is not an enterprise or server application but is rather a client side application. Many of our business customers appreciate the customization and flexibility this type of installation allows and facilitate the installation by pushing out the .exe file through their server or by directing their users to a location on the server to download the .exe file and retrieve the license code.
Question: Does this application require Administrator privileges in order to run?
Answer: Yes, ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware does require Administrator privileges in order to be installed and customized.
